First of all, as always my apologies to my readers for such a delayed post.
Not everything you lose is a loss, somethings are for betterment. All of us have observed this phenomenon of a tree, it sheds or loses its leaves yearly,so that new ones are grown, but it doesn't stop growing. It keeps getting new ones the more it sheds. In temperate forests across the Northern Hemisphere, trees shed their leaves during autumn as cold weather approaches. In tropical and subtropical forests, trees shed their leaves at the onset of the dry season. Many types of trees shed their leaves as a strategy to survive harsh weather conditions. Shedding leaves helps trees to conserve water and energy.
Similarly we do lose a lots of things, people, maybe we ourselves get lost during this journey of life.. it's completely normal. We need to lose inorder to gain something new.
All we need to understand is we must be able to grow along with this phenomenon. Every loss teaches us something. We grow in and out during this state. Sometimes it makes us feel low and pessimistic. It's normal to feel lost and your tooth on edge.
All we must focus on is how to be positive in a negative situation. If you did, you win.
Let's conserve our vitality for those optimistic change in our life.
