I don't know how to deal with these mental illness. But we can surely prevent it from impacting our lives . Lots of people overlook experience as a huge pessimistic factor. It's just due to their incapability to handle such experiences and it's outcomes. Well, let's start taking experiences and challenges as a better of learning something new for widening our horizon.
